Find a solution for your health

Listening deeply to my patients allows me to see the root cause of imbalance. Once identified, together, we can work toward greater health & well-being. Overtime your patterns will shift; we will check in at the beginning of each session and adjust our treatment plan to suit your changing needs.

Mental & Emotional Health

Increased stability. Hormonal states, chemical states, emotional states, and physical states regulate through treatment. It becomes easier to make healthy choices.

• Stagnation, or blockages, stored within the body will be released.

• Often, any trauma stored in the body will come up for release.

Fertility, Pregnancy, & Postpartum

We work by balancing the cycle, the hormones, the diet, lifestyle habits, and stress levels. We improve the flow of Qi and Blood, increasing fertility, easing pregnancy, inducing labor, and providing postpartum care.

•Helpful for use with in vitro fertilization (IVF).

• During pregnancy we can help with nausea or any complications that arise.

• We help the body prepare for giving birth, and support the recovery process.

Menstrual Health & Hormonal Balancing

In our culture, we have normalized menstrual pain and irregularity. It is common, but it is not normal. This can change.

• Menstrual pain and/or irregularity is often the result of lifestyle pressures on the body.

• We can help to balance the body’s hormones.

• Through treatment and lifestyle changes we can work to shift these patterns.

Autoimmune

When it comes to autoimmune conditions, we will review your lab results and ranges, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• We will treat based on how you, individually, are presenting in terms of signs and symptoms

• We will work on regulating the nervous system, increasing energy levels, and reducing symptoms.

Skin & Facial Health

Your skin is a reflection of your internal health. Your digestion, stress levels, sleep, hormones, energy levels, allergies, pain levels…etc all flower into the face.

• We can work locally to stimulate collagen production, initiate pathways that reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and help to diminish fine lines, scarring, discoloration, skin irritation, and acne.

• We will also work with the body as a whole to correct underlying imbalances.

Insomnia

Sleep is a crucial aspect of overall health. When we’re not sleeping our best, everything feels off.

• We will work to rebalance your circadian rhythms while addressing any imbalances that might be contributing to your trouble sleeping.

• We will talk about strategies for a peaceful night’s sleep, while treating and supporting your body to achieve this.

Acute & Chronic Pain

Acute pain and Chronic pain function differently in the body. We have solutions for both.

  • Acupuncture increases blood flow to the affected area, accelerating tissue healing and activating the endogenous opioid system (EOS) to promote pain relief.
  • Acupuncture treatment helps to prevent chronic pain, and/or long-term mental emotional imbalances stemming from an injury or traumatic event.
  • With chronic pain, the mind is often heavily involved in reinforcing the affected pain pathways. There can be an emotional charge behind the pain that may perpetuate the experience of the pain.
  • Working through chronic pain will involve re-patterning mental patterns alongside physical patterns.

Digestive Health

Digestion is one of the main pillars of health.

• We will diagnose your presentation and come up with a treatment plan that will encourage more optimal digestion in both the short-term and long-term.

• When your digestion becomes more balanced, you will notice that many other areas of your health become more vibrant and energized.

Energy, Immunity, & Vitality

Acupuncture can help to resolve chronic illness and any patterns of dysfunction in the body.

• Increased energy comes from improving quality of sleep, boosting digestive function, reducing stress, and resolving any pathological factors in the body.

• Certain points can be used to strengthen the body and its defenses against invading pathogens and/or expel pathogens.

• With regular acupuncture treatment you will notice yourself becoming more centered, more at ease, and your body will function more effectively to support you.
